Neurocentral Physiotherapy has rooms in Castlemaine and provides a regular home-visit service in Ballarat two days per week, as well as offering a home-visit service to central Victoria as required. Neurocentral Physiotherapy travels regularly to the areas surrounding Maryborough, Kyneton, Daylesford, Macedon Ranges and Melton. In addition, Neurocentral Physiotherapy travels occasionally to western and northern Victoria to see clients with complex needs, if there is not a suitably skilled neurological physiotherapist available in that region.
Neurocentral Physiotherapy’s main treatment room is at Room 78, 1 Halford Street Castlemaine VIC 3450, within the Workspace Australia complex of office spaces.
In keeping with Neurocentral Physiotherapy’s philosophy of enabling clients to develop independence in their ability to self-manage their injury, it is usual practice to not only see clients in-rooms, but also to slowly transition to seeing clients in their own home or at their local gymnasium or swimming pool. The reason for this is to enable all clients to develop independence in managing their disability, thereby reducing their reliance on regular physiotherapy input. For further information regarding the kinds of physio treatment offered by Neurocentral Physiotherapy and the treatment approaches utilised, please see Expertise and Conditions Treated.
From a funding perspective, Neurocentral Physiotherapy is a registered provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe Victoria (VWA), Medicare and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Neurocentral Physiotherapy is also able to accommodate billing requirements for health insurance funds and can accommodate privately funded clients as required.
Please feel free to contact Neurocentral Physiotherapy to discuss your circumstances, to determine whether it would be more beneficial for you to be seen in-rooms or as a home visit.
