Castlemaine, Ballarat and Central Victoria

Neurocentral Physiotherapy is based in Castlemaine, as well as providing a regular home-visit service in Ballarat two days per week. Neurocentral Physiotherapy visits clients and NDIS participants throughout central Victoria, travelling regularly to surrounding areas including Maryborough, Kyneton, Daylesford and Gisborne. Neurocentral Physiotherapy also travels occasionally to western and northern Victoria to see clients with complex needs, if there is not a suitably skilled neurological physiotherapist available in that region.

In keeping with Neurocentral Physiotherapy’s philosophy of enabling clients to develop independence in their ability to self-manage their injury or disability, it is usual practice to not only see clients at home, but also to see clients at a range of community-based venues such as their local gymnasium, swimming pool, or other sporting or recreational facility. This approach is taken to enable all clients to develop independence in managing their disability, thereby reducing their reliance on regular physiotherapy input. Funding

From a funding perspective, Neurocentral Physiotherapy is a registered provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe Victoria (VWA), and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Neurocentral Physiotherapy is also able to accommodate billing requirements for health insurance funds and can accommodate privately funded clients as required.
